They don't care about their customers like Amazon, they will use their poor brains to cheat you instead of serving you and doing what they promise on their website. Never buy any products. Especially JBL or Harman Kardon from any online website.
I bought a Harman Kardon speakers which I found cheaper on their website, they delivered 1 year old product and after using it for 8 months it stopped working and these guys from Saholic continued delaying to fix it. Later they placed a return order and sent me broken pieces of my speakers.
Possibly they tried fixing the speakers which they don't even know how to unscrew.
