This E-Commerce site has the worst after sales service that I have ever seen. i had ordered a screen guard off this site and on receipt of the package I found the product to be damaged. I immediately contacted the customer sales team and they told me to send image of the product so that they can place a replacement order for me.
It has been over 3 weeks now and I haven heard a revert call from them. every time I try calling the support team all I get is that they have escalated the matter and I will get a callback in 24 hours. Hence, I am forced to file a complain in the consumer court against them.
PLEASE Save yourself a headache and buy products from any other site.
