Disastrous food & worst experience at sahib sindh sultan..as we were permanent customers of sahib sindh sultan & of bjn group restaurants like Bombay post, aromas of china etc but we didn't think we will fall ill after having disastrous food at sahib sindh sultan & food poisoning will happen which will put us in trouble for long.
This time we were moving from Bangalore to Delhi permanently & our entire household goods were with movers & packers..as it was our last day in Bangalore next day we were having flight for Delhi so we decided to go for movie in pvr, forum along with dinner at sahib sindh sultan.two of us were vegetarians & other two were non-vegetarians.the problem happened to only two peoples who had non-vegetarian food at sahib sindh sultan.after having food their stomach got upset & vomiting happened.immediately we took them to manipal hospital in emergency & doctor said food poisoning happened...& then doctor put glucose bottles to them.
As my family members didn't recover so we cancelled delhi flight ticket bookings & lost around 20, 000 rupees.as tickets were non refundable so we got only tax.so we came back to delhi after two days.it was really bad time for us.my sis. Was not able to join her office for one week & my father he is senior citizen i.e. More than 60 years of age..it at this stage he is getting such problem then it will take time to recover.
We didn't want to sit idle..so we thought we will bring it to management notice.we called restaurant manager & informed him..he advised us to communicate babita jayaram(vp-sales).& next day we spoke to babita jayaram.she simply said apologies.but still we said we want to communicate with coo-mr. Anil kaul..she said she will pass me his contact no. But she didn't..then we found board no. & we spoke to mr. Anil kaul...he said he will investigate & will let us know.
But we are really wondering, he(anil kaul) didn't call us nor we got call from babita jayaram. They didn't send us not even single apology mail..but then again we called anil kaul, he simply said he checked with restaurant such problem didn't happen to anyone else...so finally he can say apology for this.trust me that's the only answer i got from coo of bjn group.but you were not serving buffet dinner there as this problem will happen to everyone.it is ala-carte restaurant so problem will happen to only those persons to whom you served poisonous food...mr. Kaul is very unprofessional..today this group is having lots of restaurants in India but if you will serve such kind of food & will not realize your mistake so definitely no body would like to visit bjn group restaurants in near future.even i used to like their restaurants but i didn't get any bad experience with any of restaurant in past.but whenever we had bad time so management should take care of that.but here management is useless.
We lost a lot..lots of money on medical treatment including doctor fees..our air tickets amount..over & above we suffered a lot & it took lots of time just for recovering.it's very easy to loose you health but it is very hard to gain your health so early. So, here i will say everyone i will not go to bjn group restaurants where they serve such food that after having food if something happens then management is not responsible.
So, you also please take care of yourself.
