I have been this to restaurant in Bangalore and decided to try the branch in Gurgaon. I have been to the Ambience mall restaurant twice in the last month. The restaurant is designed as a railway compartment and train station. The glass paneling makes the area appear bigger. The staff is dressed according to the theme of the restaurant.The food is excellent and each dish is better than the other. The drinks menu is extensive with a decent selection of wines. The starters though limited are very good.
I really enjoyed the prawns and Thomsons Atta Chicken (a very unique dish to say the least). The main course dishes are imaginative and well prepared. The staff is polite but the service is a little slow. The food is reasonably priced with the main course dishes priced between INR 200 - INR 500. A meal for two costs between INR 400 - 700 (Excluding drinks).Overall the place is value for money.
I would highly recommend a visit.
