I moved from Hyderabad to Bangalore recently and got my goods delivered after 10 days as requested. The packaging looked OK but the delivery was a nightmare. My spring mattress worth 50000 was completely damaged. The guys who came for delivery were contractors and not Saharasafe employees. They did not install any of the items and left just with delivery saying that the carpenter needs to fix everything and they were not skilled enough.
When I spoke to Saharasafe representative Praveen though whom I had got the delivery booked, he asked me to pay 7000 less and that he will get things fixed the next day including unpacking and installations. Also, he will get the mattress fixed after which we could pay the balance amount. But I was naive to believe him and got betrayed.
He was not even picking my calls next day or responding to my sms. I was completely shocked by their unprofessional behavior. We are struggling with unpacling and installation in a new place. I regret not booking with other packers and movers and lost my new mattress worth 50000 rupees due to mishandling by Saharasafe.
Please do not believe a word they say or online reviews as they are mostly managed. The service is horrible and they do not have presence in most cities. The delivery is mostly contractual and done by random local players.
