This packers and movers is not even worth a star to rate.
Manoj Jain - marketing contact(Bangalore), who gave a quotation worth 3000 all inclusive. Many a times clarified with him about extra charges - he said don't worry - nothing like that - price is all inclusive.
All moving done and managed by the truck driver - which is an attached vehicle to the company.
All flashy branded packing stuff n all - quite impressive. End of day - all moving and unpacking done - the labor guy flashes a bill for Rs 3695. I immediately call up Manoj Jain and he says - it is 12.5% service tax first. But still it is too high. So he says there is unpacking charge of 200Rs. He cuts call - no more clarifying with him nor the company. I finish off the deal without any ruckus. Rots remain rots, no bragaining with them. All bill settled - the labour guys asks for a tip for all the work. That was it - height of all stuff - Blistering Barnacles - I slam the door on them saying if they dont leave I'll call police the next minute. Magic - they are gone, I guess they are used to it. Of course they did a great job in half a days time. I would have paid them a tip, if not for the marketing guy and cronies top levels of the company not duping me.
Lesson learnt: Read MS before opting for any service, rather than just using it for complaining!
