I am Sagar, opted for Sahara Packers and Movers for transfer of my household articles from Banngalore to Pune. I am describing all the events date wise:
4rth/7th sep'09 - I enquired and Marketing executive Chittaranjan came to my house and gave a qutation of 10100/-. He told that the lugages will be transfered by sahara vehicle. I asked clearly about the charges and insurance. He told it includes insurance of 20000/- and loading unloading service tax charges.
8th Sep'09 - I called chittaranjan and told to pick my lugages on 10th as 11th I was suppose to leave for Pune.
10th Sep'09 - They came picked my bagages. Bagage No 21(Big Wall clock), I told them to take carefully. I wrote "glass(careful)". I paid all money which was one more mistake I did. I should have paid half. Then also it was not taken care properly. otherthings also packed very reluctantly without care. I came to see all these things while I opened at Pune.
16th Sep'09 - I gave my Pune address to Bhaskar()9379961333).
17th Sep'09- Two person(deepak & sandeep, 9767823500) came with my lugages in a lorry(no sahara name nothing). They dont know english so I have to go and esc*rt them to my place as they could not read my address which Mr Bhaskar has written in english. At the time of unloading deepak is asking me where are the labours. I was shocked. I called chittaranjan...then I told these guys that you people have to bring labours. Finally they started unloading...I saw that bagage no 21 which I mentioned to take carefully..that is lying at the edge and other lugages are supported on it. when I opened item21(Its a big wall watch of worth 1400 Rupess) was completely damaged. I asked deepak and sandeep..they told it happend during loading at bangalore..and bangalore loading person dint say anything about item21 to be taken carefully... I called bhaskar immediately..he told to write details of the item and prize..... I have that reciept with me...in fact all documents....
18th Sep'09 - when I opened one by one all the lugages..I found gas burner missing...I called bhaskar...he told like I should have checked in front deepak and sandeep... Just think is it possible to check all the articles one by one....the burner costs 60 Rs thats y I dint say anything...On the same day I called bhaskar atleast 20 times..he started cutting my calls.
22nd sep'09 - I sent mail to complaint@saharapackers.com. No response till 29th.
29th Sep'09 - I called to the landline no. Bhaskar told to contact gouri in claim dept. When I contacted gouri he told sumeet is the claim person and he is on leave. I asked for some other person in claim..they used to say no one is in office and all non sence. Then afternoon someone named satyaban talked and told me during transfer things will break like this....and started arguing...i told him the entire things....then he cut the call....I called again....then bhaskar Iyer picked the call. He is saying me " ok tell me how much u need..25/30 Rupess I will transfer now." I told all detail.He told me to mail the breakup of all lugage and told within 15 minutes he will depossite thw amount. I gave my breakup mail as below mail chain. then called again..then he started escaping and enquiring about other lugages...I told ask about the item no 21. He cut the call...Then I called the other bhaskar...he also shouted like why I am calling so many times....I told "If you would have listned/solved my problem on first call then I dont have to call so many times.
30th Sep'09 - I called again. Reception started escaping and cutting my calls. I called Gourisankar (9379971333) and told to connect bhaskar Iyer. bhaskar told he will call me within 3.30 PM. I waitied till 3.30 . No call came. I tried to gouri's no...bhaskar lifted and told he already solved and told me to talk to gouri after 5 minutes as he was outside. when I called gouri after 5 minutes , he started shouting on me that "dont disturb I am in auditing." Then again I called to landline and connected to bhasker Iyer..he told " I am bhaskar Iyer dont call 10 people..i cant do anything" and cut the phone. I mailed number of times..below are the mail chain.
1st October'09 - I called to Sahara landline. One new person Mr Manoj lifted the call. he started talking me rudely like "diwali tak sab claim band hai". I asked to mail me when I need to call..he told after 20th October these things will happen...in between he also told like police ko bolna hai to boldo...hum nahin denge...jaaooo..and all non sense....then finally I told u give me a mail....saying that I need to do this and this....i am yet to recieve a mail..... Mean time.....I went through the google.com..and searched...about Manoj Jain & sahara....I am shocked to seee that this person jeetesh...and some other people have troubled so many people......I am giving the links of the webs...

I am strange that after so many poor services and complaints..no action against these cheater, non sense and idiot people..... I will also try to put the above complaint in media, internet....... I have published the entire thing on mouthshut.com and few other legal help website also. And will post everywhere when it comes to sahara packers and movers. Also I will give a police complaint agaist this packers & movers as per Manoj Jain's advice. Manoj Jain is Marketing Zonal Head of Sahara. Today he told me "police complain de do jake"
The names I came across : chittaranjan, bhaskar, bhaskar iyer, sathyaban, gouri, reception team.
Out of which both bhasakars and manoj are the cheaters, nonsense, irresponsible idiots. They are only bringing bad fame to sahara.
Messege to these cheaters: Remember that by cheating/not responding/ignoring/cutting thecalls of customer people, you cant go long way....
God is there....in some way he will punish u.....just remeber this......

During all above incidents I called atleast 100 times to these irresponsible people... For the above I have all the relevent proofs with me..like the documents...countersigned by the delivery person...untouched damaged item no21, my phone call list etc.
