The person told me he would burn down my goods. Review on Sahara Packers

I hired them for Bangalore to Pune shipping. I also paid for 3 months warehouse. When I got the house in Pune I told them to send my stuff over weekend from Pune warehouse. They said it was in Bangalore warehouse. They were insisting to deliver in weekday and I got upset; my new job had me in professional training which I could not skip. I started dialling their number and I called out them on their unprofessional behavior. They stopped taking my phone. I had argument over phone and they insisted to speak with a male in a family. Some hot words were exchanged from both sides. This could have been ignored by me because I was in tension too but the guy said he would burn down my stuff and I could get my meager insurance. They tried to scare me knowing well that I wouldn't leave my job in Pune and would come down to Bangalore to complain about them in Police station.

In the end they delivered in a small size trolley auto, my whole stuff was hanging out. I paid them for medium size truck. The Packers guy made me pay them 3000 extra. Some furniture was broken; unpacking was minimum because they delivered in late evening and I couldn't have 4 guys doing unpacking in night.

It was one of the worst experiences of my life.

I say please don't go there, because they are unprofessional and goons.
