Pleaseee...Never Book Sahara Packers & Movers. Review on Sahara Domestic and International Packers and Movers

This review is to let all of you know that we had a very bad shifting experience being dealt with Sahara Packers & Movers Pvt. Ltd., which themselves call as the 2nd Best Packers & Movers in India after Agarwal Packers & Movers being the 1st in place. And to make it clear, we booked with the Sahara Packers & Movers in the following address: "Sahara House", #15, 8th Cross, H, Siddaiah Road, Bangalore-560027" and not any other fraud packers with this name.

Here is our experience: (Please spend some time reading this so that you will not regret after booking with Sahara Packers)

We had to Shift our household things from Bangalore to Trivandrum, Kerala. All the items were packed perfectly in front of our eyes by 3 labourers one of which was drunken already. Our household items were all spoilt when they reached Trivandrum.

And to our surprise, THREE SPEAKERS FROM OUR PHILIPS HOME THEATRE, 1 OPTICAL MOUSE WERE STOLEN FROM THE PACK and the pack was correctly packed back in place. And even THERE WERE HIDDEN CHARGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT which we had to pay after all negotiations.

There is a list of items which were spoilt and damaged during the transporting which is been attached alongwith the photos.(There is only provision for uploading 2 photos here, so I am uploading 1 photo of my damaged goods)

1.Suzuki Bike – The handle is damaged

2.A carton full of books & CDs – Carton is torn off and the books & CDs were all lying inside the lorry damaged.

3.Sofa chair – The foam inside the sofa is torn out

4.Fridge – The front door has got damages

5.Chair – Scratches

6.Tatasky Dish – The shape is distorted hence it cannot receive signal

7.Shoe Stand – Completely damaged

8.Almirah – The shape is distorted

We got the driver’s signature on the letter with the list of items which are damaged and distorted which he has seen himself. WE HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF ITEMS INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTS, WHICH WE WILL DEFINITELY PRODUCE TO THE CONSUMER COURT IF WE DON’T GET COMPENSATION FROM SAHARA PACKERS & MOVERS PVT. LTD. This is not a review but a complaint against Sahara Packers & Movers. After reading this review, none of you should book Sahara Packers.
