I have been with this Company for 4 years and I'm tired. I've always heard that a company is run by Leaders... but definition of Leaders here is so bad I didn't know. Its a Company run by 3 people. Our India head, one Director and one Project Manager who decide - who does what and if you question you are thrown out saying no performance.
Our Leader openly uses bad words like basd and fk in office and nobody dares to stop him. I really get angry as they keep increasing our work due to shortage of employees, but constantly fire people. I work tirelessly here and with no motivation from my seniors. No training is done but money is spent on lavish offsites. Our Leader never meet with us as he is always busy but always take UK madam to costa coffee
My director is bad in technology nd keep giving us extra responsibilities without any appreciation. Credit still goes to people who lick or I think who are from North Karnataka. Sorry for talking on Religion but one point that lot of people are not happy is that every Friday, our team mates get to go for prayers for 2-3 hours but we get scolded if we go to the back gate for a 30-45 min break. Why??? Why can't they prey in the office like in other companies. Will other religion people get this....example Hindus to go to their temple on Tuesday? Why do they get to go to a prayer place which is 30 mins away from office. So they get 2-3 hour break apart from the 1 hour break making their office hours equal to 4-5 hours. Why are we creating office environment bad by bringing religion bias. it is unfair. Last month my team member took a comp off for a day where he worked with me and I know we worked 1 hour extra. Why and how???? Why does girls get priority??? They are never scolded or warned when they spend hours on walking outside or taking personal calls in meeting rooms for 1 hour??? Strange and different rules for different people.
On top of that now we are asked to assess candidates on Saturdays. I want to spend time with family too. Why does our Delivery Manager do not come on Saturdays but sits at home. he says I am on VC. How come only selected people always get to work from home and leaves. And we come on Saturdays to check if the candidates are good or not. we know no one will get selected as one code test is there to ruin everything. even if they somehow pass it they will get rejected by Sr. people saying not good in communication. We should check our communication first Our leader said that we should hire for attitude and train for skills but here anyone who is groom-able gets rejected as they want best. 3hr code test on which all have different answers. I have a line for them - practice what you preach!
Director and PM play Gods. Feel sad for Recruitment Team as they are the ones who come every Saturday not like us, who come alternate Saturday. Even HR Director comes every time even when he not required but our leaders dont come. at this rate it looks like that Leaders have decided to take this company down. And me, I'll not play the Cricket Tournament on Saturday as I might be called to office as some senior wants to play and if say something, i'll be fired.. so keep quite and drag like a donkey. Wish our Leader stops promoting these useless people and start thinking straight or one day we all will be forced to leave theis company we work so hard for
