Recently I had driven down to katra, J&K. on the way back we stopped by at Sagar Ratna for some south Indian delicacies.We were six People and everyone had his/her own taste buds to tingle. So six different dishes were ordered and then the show started. The service was such that of the six dishes ordered, two were misplaced and we had to get them changed.we all were quite hungry and eager to get home from Katra that afternoon. Had that not been the case, I would have surely left the food as such since it was really really horrible. It felt as if they were just catering for the devotees and had no interest in catering for the taste/needs of the devotees.the place felt and looked more like a road side dhaba than the illustrious sagar Ratna chain of restaurants.
An advise from my side is to seriously avoid going to this restaurant whenever you go to Vaishno Devi or Katra. had I had a chance I would give 0 stars to this place.
