DO NOT BOOK CARS AT SAGAR

Problems:

Initially the Sagar sales team will promise that all colors are available and the car can be deliverd in 3/4 working days. Once you book - and the time comes to chose color you are informed that only 1 or 2 are available. When I asked when the color which I wanted would be available - I was informed it could take upto 3 months - so I should take one of the existing colors. I was also informed that if I cancel I will have to pay 5K as the cancellation fees. Since I really did not have any choice I took one of the existing colors .

The Sagar guys also state that in case I buy accessories from outside the - the guarantee become invalid. Infact this they have stamped on the car manual.

When the time came for registration I gave them my passpost copy as address proof. After one day the agent gave me a call asking for 3 K more to complete the registration. His reason the RTO are not accepting the address proof . I finally got the registration done myself - with the same proof - without any problem .

Avoid Sagar Automobiles at any cost .
