Hoping that I will never have to go back to this place again! Will start with receptionist who is not at all interested in talking to you. Ask her about anything she will talk only in sign language as though talking is taxable. You follow her sign language and land on another dump of a lady she will send you back to the first dump then she will open her precious mouth and tell you to go to another counter this can go on & on as per your luck. But they are all consistent here that go to any counter they are all busy either talking on mobile phone or discussing about person life issues /gossiping with other colleagues least bothered about the patient who is standing in front of them.
I had been there yesterday as I had fever. Paid Rs.400 only registration fee (really dunno for what they take Rs.400/-) waited for almost an hour only to find out that whoever came after me met the doctor and left, he never called me, when I went and raised my voice @ the beautifully dressed good-for-nothing lady in the counter she told me that she forgot to keep my file.
10 minutes n doctor's cabin- who after prescribing medicine asks me which tablet I want(after writing Dolo) and when I ask him about my neck pain he immediately cancels Dolo which he gave me for fever and prescribed another medicine! After everything I asked him whether you need to check my fever, he realizes that he didn't even check my fever!
Then in Lab- girl who sits in the lab gave the sample collection bottle and sends me to wash room which doesn't have a latch on the door and exactly opposite to Men's wash room when I went back and told those 3 or 4 girls in the lab that there's no Latch none of them seemed to be bothered, but one took an effort to say that " YOU DO IT NO MADAM".
Which means I should take my urine sample in an open toilet which is open to all. She didn't even care to tell me that she will hold the door closed for me so that I can take it comfortably. Even when I asked about another toilet they were all looking at me as though they are all dumbos or I don't know whether they really are!
And then came to the Pharmacy only to realize that I have come a total Messy place with a group of good for nothing people who sit there only to make money in the name of hospital.
Some suggestions,
None of them seemed lack knowledge, but most of them are not interested in doing any work. Please remember one thing that all of you are getting paid for what you are doing. You are at any point of time not doing favor on any one of us. You are just doing your work. ONE BASIC THING THAT YOU ALL SHOULD LEARN IS TO KEEP AWAY YOUR MOBILE PHONE WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK.
