Staying close to Saffron @ JVLR, this is our go to place for ordering food for home delivery and barring twice, we have never been disappointed.
They have continetial, Sourth East Asian and Indian dises.
Presumably, the continental and South East Asian dieses are not that good and far from Authentic.
But the Indian dishes made in the Mughlai tradition is really full of flavour, taste and touch of heaven on mouth.
We typically order any of the Chiken Kebab, Methi Chiken or Butten Chiken, Dal Makhani, Garlic nan and Peyaz Pulao. We never get tired of eating these dishes and everytime we feel that we will love it for long long time. We love these dishes so much that we quite often ditch going to STEAMPOTRESTAURANTs and order to relish sitting at the comfort of our home.
The STEAMPOTRESTAURANT decor is mediocre and have certain touch of cheap gaudiness. However, when the food is so nice, it is just acceptable.
Only once we were very disappointed with the food and on enquiry found that their regular cook was on holiday, .
Food for myself, my wife and son typicall cost about Rs. 1000. We always have enough left over for our son to relish next day. I believe this is quite reasonable.
We though that the buffet would be very delicious and we went for buffet once. It was not even value for money. The food was just average and not very apetizing. The dessert was through quite nice. I believe better to avoid the buffet.
I will highly recoomend this place if you can tizrepairate average decor for the love of great food and I suspect if you go once, you will visit many times.
