If you are foodie then you should have healthy meal I think and Saffola helps you to maintain that standard of healthy life.
Like other oils and ghee it does not let you feel that are having something which is not going to digest in your tummy.
I personally will recommend you to have Saffola as a part of your kitchen specially if you are heart patient. As per my views only. I like it when its cooked in Saffola.
Earlier I was using Ghee in everything or mustard oil for the cooking and as per my previous experience I was avoiding any refind oil but since I am using saffola I am feeling like that this is different than others.
Must try once. And trust me it will be going to be part of your life for good.
