Saffola oil is best for our heart.
It is costly but it has a good quality.
Whatever u will cooked in this oil it will have a good taste.
I stared using this saffola beacuse of the adverstise I have seen on television.
Ans my grandmother is an heart patience so this oil is better for her health.
In a mounth we use near about 7 litre of oil.
I will prefer every one to use it for better health.
