Saffola masala oats are good for health. I eat it alternate days because it is ready to make. Those who want fast and healthy food they can go for it and enjoy it because it added masala and different species. You can make it in two minutes just add a cup of water into it. Saffola oats has different different flavors. Masala as well as you can make it sweet by adding sugar into it
