If you dont wanna end up giving your stuff to nerds and only left praying that your stuff should reach at the other end safely than dont use Safe express.Recently shifted my stuff from Pune to gurgaon and services were HORRIBLE.
the guy who discussed the deal had left when my stuff reached to the other side
I was asked to pay additional cost( hidden) as green tax, service tax, insurance etc
Car was driven 500 km on road. Out of 1400 kms if car is running 500 kms on road only than what the point of boarding it to trailer
car accessories were stolen
crockery was broken, packing quality was way below average
had to fight back to get my stuff de loaded even on 10th day when the delivery was committed on 5th day
And to all of this, they just vanished after taking the payment without addressing any service concern #safeexpress #poorcustomerservice
