I paid my car insurance premium on 9th September 2016(Vehicle No. HR 26 BE 9034) to Safdarjung Hyundai representative. My insurance expired on 12 September 2016. I have NOT received a money receipt or the policy yet from them. There is nothing to show that I have paid the premium. All my emails and complaints and follow ups with Safdarjung Hyundai in Gurgaon have NOT been responded. If I am confronted by police for car papers check, I shall be penalised for not having valid insurance papers although I have timely paid premium. In fact this happened last year also. Although I had renewed my insurance on time, Safdarjung Hyundai did not send me the policy and I had to pay fine to police!
I have been asking them again and again. Their insurance department people who used to call every day before renewal, and said I will get my policy in a day, have disappeared.
I am facing such a lot of harassment!
Never go to them . They DON'T care one bit for a customer after getting the money.
