I was on my honeymoon in Shimla - Kullu - Manali in December 2011. It was a tailor made plan for 7 nights and 8 days. In the itinerary, they said that I will get accommodation in 3* hotels, in reality it was a local lodge, plus I was assured of a room heater in every hotel, actually they charged me extra for all heaters and we all know about the temperature of those places in December.
In addition to it, they gave me the plan for 8 days, and actually we had to travel for complete 03 days (from Delhi-shimla, from shimla - manali, and from manali - Chandigarh finally for 6 hours from Chandigarh to Delhi) from places to places.
So actually we had a tour of only 05 days excluding transportation time. So I'm planning to to to consumer forum against them as they have not given me exactly what they had promised me before.
