I could have written this review a day after he smashed Pakistani bowlers all over the Centurion park therefore helping India to defeat Pakistan for the fourth time in a row in a world cup. And everyone would have agreed with me, given me a HR rating. But I think I have chosen the right time to write a review about the all time great Sachin Tendulkar. India have unfortunately lost the cricket world cup final to Australia by a margin of 125 runs and Sachin Tendulkar could only score 4 runs. One of the newspaper read, ''Sachin breaks a billion hearts''. What about his own broken heart? I fully understand that indian fans need some sympathy because they had high expectations from Sachin and India. But I want all of you reading this review to ask yourself the following questions::
Who is more dissappointed at losing the world cup and being unable to score in the final? Me or Sachin.
Who wanted to score runs and bring the trophy back home more badly? Me or Sachin.
Now that we have lost,who needs more sympathy? Me or Sachin
We all know the answer. And remember it takes just a bad shot, just one mistake, just one great delivery, just one pinch of bad luck to get a batsman out.
I have always been, and I'll always remain a true fan of Sachin Tendulkar. Most of you would think Sachin is the greatest batsman ever because::

12000 One day runs. (The most by any)
30 test hundreds. (The most by any)
Man of the match awards (The most by any)
The above stats definately make us think of him as the best batsman ever.
Now this is why, Sachin to me is the best cricketer ever::
16 years of age, playing his second test match. A bouncer from Waqar Younis hits Sachin on his nose and there is blood all over his shirt. The team physio comes out and calls for a strecher to carry Sachin to the dressing room. But Sachin in a boyish voice utters, ''Main Khelega.''. The next ball went straight to the boundary ropes and Sachin's 57 saved India a match and a legend was born.
Sachin Tendulkar had an indian flag in his cricket kit when he was 16 and he still carries it everywhere he goes to play cricket. No, its not for advertising, its for his patriotism towards his country.
Troubled by a back pain that later kept him out of action for 2 months, he kept on playing against Pakistan in the Chennai test match which thanks to (Srinath, Joshi, Kumble and Prasad) India lost by 16 runs.
In the cricket world cup 1999, Sachin came back to play
for India inspite of the sad death of his father. Just imagine how committed you have got to be to be able to take such a step.
Every time India wins, he rejoices regardless of his contribution to the team. Every time India loses he carries a dejected face even if he has done wonders with his bat or won tons of awards.
Has never missed a game for india for his county assignmets, while some players have missed tournaments for sake of playing county cricket.
When asked about his best cricketing moment, he said the three wins (now four) against Pakistan in the three world cups. The reason, it brought tons of smiles on the faces of the cricket fans. His contribution in those three matches, (54, 31, 45). For someone who has over 60 hundreds and he picks the above three games as his best, you get the answer. This man is a true patriot and a true indian.
To me, Sachin is a soldier on the cricket field who will keep fighting till the end, and he will add tons to his achievements and I would let you guys praise him and write reviews on him them.
Sachin is the best.
