Saathiya is a poor remake of the original Tamil movie. The music, the dialogues are all poor translations of the Tamil version. Though the Tamil movie was quite well-made and Madhavan has acted too well. He is an amazing actor and he is handsome too! He has the best smile in the industry. He is very good in the crying scenes(hhmmmpphhh)
But Vivek Oberoi and Rani Mukerjee have tried their best. Anyone who has not seen the earlier Tamil version of it, would like this movie.
The story is quite realistic and practical. It has a very good plot. The dialogues are quite authentic. The music is sensational. The costumes and the backgrounds are also very good.
