The reason I went for Saathiya was the brilliant music by Rehman and of course my favourite actress Rani!.The movie is sensitive,matter of fact and looks very real.The story line by Shaad Ali is simple and all the characters in the movie are strong and you instantly connect to them.The cast is a perfect match for the characters they play and it was a lovely experience.
Though it was a remake of a Tamil hit, but it managed to do good business in the South and that speaks volumes about the movie.
Rani and Vivek Oberoi are stunning in terms of acting and looks and all in all it was pure paisa wasool!.
