Friday 22nd May 2015 I and my aged mother boarded SVR tours and travels Apple I bus from Bangalore Tin Factory at 11pm and bus had broken down at 12:45pm near chickbalapur junction near Bangalore International Airport and after continuous follow up by the passengers the alternative bus came at 8:45am in the morning and reached Hyderbad at 5:30pm in the evening.
The temperature inside the Volvo bus was 30 degree celcius and the passangers were not given even a drop of water to drink and also dropped outside the city . They charge higher than other operators and give pathetic services. An humble request to never ever opt for SVR tours and travels
