I would have given Negative rating if such option existed.
I m associated with Star health since 2014 and got my first claim done for my Dad for COVID-19 treatment. I have 5L policy coverage of which Hospital bill was Rs 2, 08, 000/- of which Insurance company claimed only 1, 33, 000/- and rest of the money had to be borne by myself.
I dont understand the definition of Medical Insurance and Cashless Facility provided by these Insurance companies.
Indian Regulator is on one page and Insurance Co on another side. In the end, Customer is left to suffer in this tough situation.
