I feel this review is:
No proper response from the poc and to my mails. Bad customer service, they'll call and help ONLY during the purchase of new insurance. Very lethargic behaviour of the employees and playing with our money without proper response. The customer support will be rude and I'll mannered when you pinpoint the mistake done by them.
