I have very worst experience in star health insurance. they are cheating the people by giving wrong information and telling different schemes but all r worst. I have taken family policy in star insurance for past four years. but now I have tried to claim the policy for my sick mother. they telling lot of loop holes to cancel the policy claim.
In their policy form itself they have mentioned past four year history of disease required if we going for surgery. but actually they asked us to give ten years of past history disease. how it will be possible to submit ten years of past record. finally they cancelled the policy and mentioned that we were taken wrong scheme. in that scheme, this disease was not covered. finally i'm the looser. I have lost nearly 60k rs of premium. better I can put it in bank instead of wasted my money in star insurance.
Whoever given 5 star in mouth shut and all working in star insurance or agent. so dont believe it. this is personal experience. finally I paid and discharge my mother from hospital. better go for some other company. please don't take policy in star health insurance company.
I have to give less than one star. they r not equal to one star also.
