My policy no is 11230204063300. I was being harassed by this company since 5 months. I was admitted in hospital in emergency in a serious condition. I was discharged after full payment as company rejected the claim. After that I submitted the claim with all documents through agent who enrolled me with the commitment to give me the copy of all documents of claim but he cheated by not giving the copy of claim documents. My claim was rejected by the company and when I talked the responsible officer in Lucknow office then first he told to submit the certificate from doctor who treated me . After that he asked for ICP. I had to face a lot of problems in collecting these documents. After submitting all documents asked, the company did not approve my claim and suggested to represent the case to the Insurance Ombudsman. When I represented the case, then copy of all documents which I submitted with Claim, were asked by above authority. I requested many times to company through mail, whatsapp and phone to mail me the copy of documents but company didn’t. Now I am rushing to hospital to collect the copy of documents.
