My mother had to undergo an treatment on her heel and we submitted our documents for pre-approval. Our pre-approval was accepted with proper documentation. The pre-approval clearly mentioned that the treatment will be surgical.
At the time of discharge our claim was denied stating that approval was given for a Conservative treatment of the diagnosis.
Their incompetence has made us pay hospital bill in cash despite having a valid medical insurance.
