Our family had a terrible experience with starhealth insurance.while registering for the insurance the agent had said us that we wont ever have any problem in claiming and it will get processed very fast and bla bla.but when the actual situation came that is when my father in law who is 69 yrs old got admitted in the hospital their real faces were exposed.


We had done an insurance for 2 lakhs for which we had to pay 10000 yearly.first of  all while applying for the claim they said they will give only 140000 maximum as senior citizens are given 70% of the claim amount.and on top of that they were behaving so rudely with us.while registering for the insurance they spoke to us so nicely but when we applied for the claim they spoke to us so rudely.its already 4 months my father in law has been discharged from the hospital, my in laws are tired of calling the insurance every day.till now they have not reimbursed a single penny.we have submitted all the original bills, documents.still they have so many issues.they are asking for the indoor records of the hospitals for which we requested the attending doctor and got it, but still they are pointing out flaws here and there.already my inlaws are in so much trouble.is this the way star health insurance wanted to harass us?is this the reason for which people trust them?i would never recommend anyone to buy their health insurance.they are simply cheaters ans liars.
