I have worked 6 month in policybazar.com as health insurance adviser . so I know about a lot of companies who provides health insurance.


Star health insurance is one of them. its a south Indian health insurance company .


they have every type of plans like family cover included new born baby and the other hand they provide a plan for senior citizens so every body can be insured all stages of age .


their customer service is just ok you cant judge about this portion until you experience once.


The main thing is claims settlement of every health insurance companies and star health insurance have 3rd party for claims settlement and this not so cool feature just because of everybody want quick and easy but the problem is they took so long period for settlement of claims. I agree that they gave a cashless card.


The range of premium costly, if you go for individual then its okay  but for family cover and senior  citizens premium getting higher. and the staffs behavior manageable you have keep you patience.


so if you want a health cover for the one you loves then you keep it as option from comparing others.
