Hi Everyone,
My daughter was admitted in the hospital for a treatment on highly fever and got the treatment done however it was a rude shock when the insurance company refused to compensate for the medical expenses I incurred.
I have claimed the services for one time only and that was the worst experience of my life. I chose Star Health company as It is one of the know and reputed company in Health field all over the world but Unfortunately my Experience was not good with it. The customer service is very poor, they take more than a week to respond to a single request and that too with inappropriate response. I was frustrated when I used their services as I have paid all my undue premium timely and they treat their customers like beggars, Their premiums are also very high as compared to other companies and yet their behavior is not good.
I would never recommend this Insurance to anyone, There are many others which treat their customers with respect and help them in their difficult time, But not this company.
I was extremely annoyed and disappointed and hence I un subscribed immediately from star health insurance.
The Star Health Insurance is one of the worst health insurance company in the world.
It is seen that this is the totally fraud insurance company.
Guys my honest suggestion is to please stay away from them as there are many better choices in mediclaim. Star Health Insurance is good for nothing! Garbage customer service!
