I am in receipt of this letter.
It looks star health is professionally sick company in itself.
when you admit a patient in emergency then based on registration, nurse herself picks the medicine form store and later issues bill and the same has been done with me also.
How can insurance company reject the claim. either they sud go and varify the same with the hospital or else prove this is fake bill. I had not been admitted in emergency for seeing movie.so without any medicine or treatment hospital was detaining me.
This is the reason I said its sick company to cheat customer.
no issue they have decided to loose us . my all policy become last year with it.
it is better to stay away with such frauds
