I being a senior citizen had a very bitter experience about the. dealings with Star Health Insurance.
The agents promise cash back and free check up coupons bur will never fulfill. I had made umpteen number of calls to their Indira nagar office Bangalore and also Headquarter Chennai. Each staff is trained to give false promise. I was totally frustrated and decided to never renew the ploicy . Total harassment. I advise others not to take up policy from this company.
