I had taken a comprehensive policy which covers outpatient charges, dental treatment charges etc. It is clearly mentioned in the policy that dental treatment(up to Rs 5000) is covered but however when there was a sudden tooth pain for one of my family member and doctors advised to remove the wisdom tooth and I have informed to insurance company about this. They started informing this is not covered etc etc even after showing the clear proof that this is covered in the policy.
If we start thinking this is not a big loss for us and further be careful about this in future but these idiots will continue to cheat innocent people. These people should be given a lesson for the benefit of other innocent people.
