They sell policy online, innocent people buy the policy since it's easy to buy online, at the time of getting claims they put some pre existing disease as exclusion since the policy is bought online you dont have any base to fight with them and then after repeated emails and followup they just write an email stating of there is any issue approach the insurance ombudsman.
All innocent people money are been stolen by this medical insurance player
Just beware and don't fall into there trap
