I have taken policy from start health insurance for 5lakh sum assured for self. I am a cab driver. I am very comfortable on working shifts and I got suddenly one week night vomitings after food .As I am only 30 years old, I thought it is some infection. Then I consulted doctor they told you have high BP, u need to get some diagonis. I went I had brought reports shocking was I have more creatinine levels more than 10, then I admitted in hosipital they informed that both kidneys are lost. We are in shock because there were no symptoms before as I am very young and energetic.
Star insurance guys not giving reimburesement also. They are telling you are hiding the things.And insurance is made 6 months before.
Worst I called somany guys .it is waste of time.They want money first they will beg us like anything .And after recieving they will leave us alone.
For Name sake they have visited hosipital and home
please dont go with this insurance.
