Very very poor service, pathetic settlement issues.


I bought senior plan for my parents and my father and mother. Plan P/161200/01/2021/005961for my father and they live in India, Delhi.I am citizen of United States and the sales agent assured me of good service. my father got admitted in hospital in April 2021 and was treated for Covid and kept in hospital for 22 days approx. however star health rejected the claim and I spent nearly above 4 lacs and until August 24-8-2021 it is still not settled. I am in constant touch with sales agent Subodh Kumar his contact number 999979xxxx who is just collected documents after my constant persuasion and still nothing has been done. I always get reasons that his car is accidental he cannot commute then he got Covishield dose due to which he has fever . No management is ready to help reclaiming the money. Don't ever buy plans from Star Health. Their customer service will just call for formality without any resolution. Stay away.rajpalraunaq@hotmail.com
