I will not even begin to comment on rates and services. This is the most third class policy I ever bought. I bought it for my son and self. We are both healthy( thank god for that) and this was for just in case scenario. The network of hospitals is hopeless. Throughout the year I kept requesting them for a health check up as was detailed in the policy. Nobody knew how to guide me. No hospital accepted the card and it was just a piece of trash in my purse. They we rude and couldn't care less once they had made a sale.
After one year all of a sudden the same insurance agent showed up to ask me if I was willing to renew the poilicy., after he had dropped me like a hot potato post selling the policy. On day one it was supposed to provide for IPD services in Apolloo. After I signed up Apollo just disappeared from the list.
Dont even go there.
