I recently went for Hysteroscopy at Apollo hospitals and also taking treatment for Bronchitis.For the pre and post hospitalization bills, my daughter went to submit the bills at tambaram branch office in chennai. They asked to submit all the original reports including prescription and medical reports of various tests.My daughter asked whether they will give back the medical reports becuz the treatment is still going on. They asked to send a mail, the head office will return back by courier. I sent many mails, made calls, sent messages to every star health office but they kept on sending mail the claim copy but not my medical records. No one paid heed to my so many requests. I will not be continuing with their worst service any further. They aren't worst even a single star. This is the least we have hear in this platform
