I took star Health insurance 3 years ago. Paid first and second premium 34k third premium 47k and now renewal amount is 63k. I never claimed so far but they are cheating customers. No customer service and no communication till the time renewal Time comes. For premium renewal you keep getting calls and if you ask them the increase reason they ask us to call agent and find out. Support is pathetic. I strongly suggest before taking star Health insurance do you home work properly and take a decision.
