We are the policy holders from 9 years. And haven't skipped paying even a single year. They do not provide claims even for angiogram stating that it is a test. Even when I had heart attack they did not claim, since noWe operation was done. Later during my wife's operation they did not give the complete claim, stating that the rest was luxurious charge, they ask us to get admitted to a reputed hospital and later didn't claim us luxurious charge. And now my daughter diesease was diagnosed and reported was that she is suffering from asthma, but even after reviewing the documents they say that she is normal and that was verified by their doctors. All the doctors of star are money minded, if you bribe them they will approve for your claim.The doctors here cancelled our claim saying that my daughter was not admitted to the hospital, where is the logic can any person get admitted for asthma, our doctor has given us treatment for 6 months, so according to star insurance doctors we must stay in hospital for 6 months? These doctors are doctors without even a mbbs degree. No value for humanity. So please don't believe them blindly and take their policy instead save money on your own and use them in hard times. Worst service
