I can't express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with Star Health Insurance. Dealing with them has been a nightmare, especially when it comes to their atrocious delayed response times. If you value your sanity and health, stay far away from this company!


Contacting their customer service is an exercise in futility. I've lost count of the number of times I've tried to reach them, only to be stuck on hold for what feels like an eternity. It's as if they are intentionally trying to avoid their customers, leaving us in the dark when we need assistance the most. When they finally answer, don't expect any empathy or urgency in addressing your concerns.


The worst part is that even after managing to speak with a representative, the actual resolution of issues takes ages. Simple inquiries and claims that should be processed within a reasonable time frame end up lingering for weeks or even months! It's as if they have no regard for the importance of providing timely healthcare support to their customers.
