Initially, I was impressed with the information on red carpet policy for senior citizens and applied for my parents. Subsequently, they asked for some documents and I have shared the documents of the past surgery of my dad and without giving proper justification, they declined the application. What they promise in the website doesn't match with the reality. I have been chasing them for the refund of my money for the last few days and no luck. No professionalism, stay away from these folks!
