Hi people,
I`m forced to write this poor review of the product (Bed sheet) I purchased from Star Cj Alive.
I am a regular customer of star cj since last 2 years. I have never complained about their product because they were good.
This time my mom purchased a bed sheet from them .When she checked the quality she was shocked as it felt so cheap and not up-to the standards. My mom Mrs. Padma Bhatt immediately called them up and raised a complaint. They said their complaint team will call. She got a call but they said they will not replace this item or exchange or give refund for the same just for BAD QUALITY Product. They said , " WHY DID YOU Open THE PRODUCT.?" WTF! they expect us not to open the product?
Customer service executives have no manners n etiquette at all. They threaten us that why we complained. They disconnect the call. They rudely say they will not accept our complaint for of reason of "BAD QUALITY."
Customer service excecutives Mr. Chnmay Jadhav has and Harish from complaints team have no manners and use disgusting tone and language. Divya floor supervisor has her constant robotic rude statement, " NAHI HO SAKTA HAI REFUND ya Replacement". We WIll give u same product? WTF! when we r saying we didnot like the quality how can they offer same product.
Kirti the head supervisor is equally rude.I was zapped and shocked as when we buy online products from JABONG, retial shops LIKE Lifestyles, DMART, any other small or big outlets. Everyone has the same procedure for Exchange and refund. Has star cj come from HEAVEN? LOLJabong replaced my product thrice without any inconvenience and so gracefully. They gave back my money back. They in fact call us to know if we face any inconvenience.
My mom and me had a very tough time with their customer service and complaints department.They have their weird term and conditions and the quality sucks. They expect us to buy their product without voicing our feedback. STAR CJ ALIVE please if you want people to buy product from you, improve your terms and conditions.You will keep loosing your business and customers like me.
