I have purchased one Electrolux microwave oven from star cheaters. after few days, technician had visited my home for setup and demo purpose. that time he noticed and told us that the product is defective, there is some heating problem and suggested us to take replacement from Star Cheaters. but when I cal to star cheaters they are not giving replacement and telling to get repaired under warranty. they are not at all co-operative. they want only money and not customer satisfaction.
I have purchased many products online from flipkart, ebay, amazon, jabong, zovi, snapdeal etc and I get good products, good response. but this is my worst online purchase experience for ever.
I have noticed in many cases, if we post an comment about any product or fault, they will c d review and immediately give reply. but star cheaters are not caring about negative reviews also.
pls never buy anything from star cheaters.
