The delivery service person whom they have is the most insensible illiterate brainless n most irresponsible person who plays with the customers and if asked the name cuts the call.
I explained the urgency of courier which had my kids medicines to start treatment for which he responded saying its not my kid so if u want come and get it from me is that for what we have the courier service.
And I will ensure this antisocial animal is out of the job cos I have lodged complaint everywhere possible. Now wen called no one picks or says in traffic and hang up the call.
The rating meter shud give an option of 0 cos I even regret for giving one star cos u deserve just s* and not star.
