Worst possible service. They took 4 months to being my cargo and delivered some to me and sent the rest to Hyderabad after some complaints they finally delivered my suitcase.
Upon opening it I found one costly item missing and upon making repeated calls to them they finally said they will raise a quarry with a Singapore branch and get back me.
Its been 3 weeks and am still trying to call them as no one from the office has got back to me yet.
My advice please don't use this service unless absolutely necessary and you don't care about the time taken, and don't transport any expensive goods using this service.
Finally not to mentions not even one of my suitcases is intact all of them have some damage of the other. ST cargo has no system to pay for damages so am finally left with:-
1) 4 broken American Tourister suitcases.
2) One expensive missing item.
3) 5 months total time taken so far.
