I after completing my MBA in finance got to placed with SS&C Globeop Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. through our campus placement.
In initial months i noticed that most of the employees over here are not satisfied with their working condition, work profile.
Pay package & managerial hierarchic, & the rating review under the bale shape curve criteria. other than this there were several other reasons for its employees dissatisfaction & there were no appreciation given for good work and there were no motivation factor to work with the company.
Specially people at managerial level where almost 8-9 year old in the company & they were just Graduate (B.com) or inter C.A & employees like us use to feel like that the managers are very afraid that what if the new blood in the system who are well qualified as compare to them (MBA, CA, CPA, CFA) if given promotion might over take their position in future.
Their were a lot of biasness among the employees created by the managerial level people which led to dimotivating employees satisfaction & Moral, Overall it was one of the worst place to work with as it was having too much of biasness, politics & stupid procedure of working, less educated people at managerial level, low package & no intention for employees retention because of which it the company is facing high attrition problem & even i left the job just within 11 months being by first job. I hate this work place & i recommend all the people to never join this work place.
