I have been working at SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd for about a month. It is finance company and it has several branches at some of the main cities all over the India. I was founded by kanoria Group and now it has a good correspondence with many nationalized in India. I am a new worker at Kolkata branch and I now I am going to share my experience here.
At first I would like to share the pros and they are:
Working Environment is very good. All the floors are well maintained, neat and clean and centralized with Air conditioning. There are Pooja Room for the warship, Cantine where we get the lunch at fare price, and the company provides the tea/coffee and biscuits twice a day for its workers. Two high capacity lift. Security is very high in the campus.
There are also some cons and they are:
Most of the worker work here for this company are provided by its Vendors and they are not paid a satisfactory salary.
The common facilities are also differed respect to the posts or positions.
Salary and Work Pressure/Time Ratio is not good, It means Works does not get the satisfactory amount of salary for their performance and hardworking.
Reference play a great role here in this company so You can not be hired/promoted for the better position if you does not have a good reference in the company.
Lack of career and salary growth.
Most of the workers works on contract basis so there is not enough job security for workers.
I personally don't Recommend it to any of my friend as there no such career and salary growth, It will be ok for you if you are a fresher and does not have much opportunity in your hand.
